1000 cycle/hour

maximum weight
of 50kg

The Winner series of palletising robots can handle up to 1,000 (typically 500) cycles/hour, each with a maximum load of 50 kg, while maintaining high precision on the pallet. The ability to grip and move multiple boxes at once further increases the system’s overall productivity.

Thanks to our partnership with ABB, Europack can reliably reach up to 1,200 (typically 700) cycles/hour, thanks to advanced software programming and in-house developed complementary components.

Box palletising System

Integrated within complete lines, Europack’s palletising systems are also ideal for production facilities with limited available space. Their compact design and advanced technical know-how enable small and medium-sized companies to enter the world of end-of-line automation with a solution tailored to their needs.

How boxes Handling Works

An efficient box palletising line includes a conveyor system connected to the boxing line, along with dedicated systems for diverting, stopping, and rotating the boxes. These functions ensure accurate pick-up and optimal placement on the pallet.

How boxes Palletising Works

Gripper heads designed for boxes can be equipped with vacuum suction cups or mechanical clamps, allowing for single or multiple product handling, depending on production needs. These can also be combined with slip sheet or pallet pick-up systems and integrated with fork grippers for bag handling — offering high levels of line customisation.

Where required, Europack palletising cells can be designed to include all the necessary components for complete pallet management. From conveyors to automated storage units, we provide and integrate the full line.

User-Friendly Operation

The Winner robot and its operator interface panel are easy to use, making them suitable for any type of production. Programmes can be modified to adjust speed, products, and palletising patterns — making them ideal for multi-product production lines. Operator training is an integral and essential part of our service offering.

Winner is Also Green!

The Winner Revo robot features an innovative system that recovers kinetic energy — instead of dissipating it as heat during braking — and converts it back into electrical power for use by the robot’s components.

This K.E.R.S. (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) is the result of a forward-looking design evolution and delivers a significant reduction in energy consumption per palletising cycle.

Winner is Green!

The WINNER GREEN robot has an innovative system which, instead of dispersing the kinetic energy in the form of heat during braking, allows it to be recovered in the form of electrical energy, using it to power its electrical devices.

This system, called K.E.R.S (Kinetic Energy Recovery System), is applied following a technological design evolution, allowing a significant reduction in the energy expended for each palletizing cycle.
