Winner Revo palletising robots are your ideal partners for bag palletising. Designed to match your production capacity, they can handle from 200 up to 750 bags/hour, each weighing up to 50 kg. Capable of processing a wide variety of bag types and materials, they are ideal for managing granular, powdery or floury products — with the highest precision in pallet stacking.

Europack goes even further: thanks to our partnership with ABB, we can reach up to 1,200 bags/hour, leveraging our advanced software programming and proprietary complementary components.

The bag palletising System

Palletising bags requires reliable solutions, especially when dealing with unstable, vacuum-packed or multi-format bags.
Europack bag palletisers are designed to ensure load stability, production continuity and integration into new or existing industrial lines.

How bags Handling Works

An efficient bag palletising line typically includes a series of conveyors connected to the bagging line, along with dedicated systems for flattening, turning, conveying, and centring the bags — all essential for achieving maximum palletising precision.

These systems can be customised depending on the product type and customer requirements. They are capable of handling even partially filled or loosely packed bags.

How bag Palletising Works

Our fork-type gripper head with side guides and top presser, designed specifically for bags, ensures maximum precision and care when picking and placing the product.

Thanks to the possibility of combining it with hybrid grippers (for bags and boxes) and handling of slip sheets and pallets by the same robot, the system allows for a high degree of customisation — even in tight production environments.

Winner is Also Green!

The WINNER GREEN Revo robot features an innovative system that recovers kinetic energy — instead of dissipating it as heat during braking — and converts it back into electrical energy to power the robot’s own devices.

This K.E.R.S. (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) is the result of a forward-thinking design evolution and allows a significant reduction in energy consumption per palletising cycle.

Energy performance:
Winner Revo vs Other Robots

Winner is Green!

The WINNER GREEN robot has an innovative system which, instead of dispersing the kinetic energy in the form of heat during braking, allows it to be recovered in the form of electrical energy, using it to power its electrical devices.

This system, called K.E.R.S (Kinetic Energy Recovery System), is applied following a technological design evolution, allowing a significant reduction in the energy expenditure for each palletizing cycle.
