Products packed in bundles are especially common in the food industry. Bundling allows individually packaged items to be grouped for easier handling during transport. Palletising particularly benefits from this format, as the bundled product behaves like a single solid unit, making it easier to handle.

Bundled products find an ideal partner in the Winner robots. Treated similarly to boxes, they benefit from precise and secure palletising even at high speeds. The clamp-type gripper head, suitable for both single and multiple pick-up, is perfect for handling this type of packaging — protecting the shrink-wrap or bundle film from tearing or damage.

The bundle Palletising System

Integrated into complete lines, the Europack palletising system is also well suited for production facilities with limited space.
Its compact design and advanced technical expertise make it an ideal solution for small and medium-sized enterprises entering the world of end-of-line automation.

How Bundle Handling Works

An efficient bundle palletising line includes a conveyor system from the packaging line, along with dedicated handling systems (such as diversion, stopping, rotation, and compacting) to ensure precise pick-up and optimal placement on the pallet.

How Bundle Palletising Works

Where required, Europack palletising cells can be equipped with all components needed for efficient pallet handling.
From conveyors to automated pallet warehouses, we manage and supply the complete system.

The Winner Revo robot, together with its user-friendly operator interface, is suitable for any type of production.
Its programmable functions (speed, product type, palletising patterns) make it an optimal choice for multi-product production lines.
Operator training is an integral and essential part of our system delivery.

Winner is also Green!

The Winner Revo robot features an innovative system that recovers kinetic energy instead of dissipating it as heat during braking. This energy is converted back into electrical power, which is reused by the robot’s components.

This K.E.R.S. (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) is the result of a forward-thinking design upgrade, providing a significant reduction in energy consumption per palletising cycle.

Winner is Green!

The WINNER GREEN robot has an innovative system which, instead of dispersing the kinetic energy in the form of heat during braking, allows it to be recovered in the form of electrical energy, using it to power its electrical devices.

Questo sistema, denominato K.E.R.S, (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) viene applicato in seguito ad una evoluzione tecnologica progettuale, consentendo un’importante riduzione dell’energia spesa per ogni ciclo di pallettizzazione.
