Winner Palletizing Robots are your ideal partner for sack palletizing. Designed to satisfy your production capacity, they manage from 200 to 1000 cycles/hour and up to a maximum of 50 kg/each sack. Capable of handling a wide variety of sacks in different materials, they are designed to handle your granular, floury and dusty products with the highest possible precision when stacking on pallets.
Europack, thanks to its partnership with ABB, easily reaches up to 1200 cycles/hour, supported by our internal software programming and complementary components of our production.
The bag palletizer
Supplied as well within complete lines, the Europack palletizing area is also suitable for production plants with little space available. The small size combined with cutting-edge technical know-how allow small/medium-sized enterprises to enter the world of end-of-line automation with the solution that best suits their needs.
How bags are handled
An efficient line for palletizing sacks usually includes a transporting system connected to the bagging line, combined with a special system dedicated to flattering and managing the sacks (overturing, conveying, centering) in order to ensure the highest possible precision in palletizing. These technologies, chosen on the basis of the product to be handled and the needs of the customer, also allow for the management of partially filled or not compact sacks.
How bags are palletized
The fork type gripping head with side panels and presser, designed and produced specially for holding sacks, guarantees maximum precision and care in picking up and laying the product. Extremely versatile, given the possibility of managing either both sacks/boxes or the removal of interlayers and pallets, it allows a pushed customization of the line even in production plants with limited spaces available.
