Complete line supply

Our solution goes far beyond palletising: we supply the entire production line, including all the machines required to handle the product from its loose state through to final packaging and palletising.

The customer simply needs to feed loose product into the line — the system will then:

• Pick up the coils from the pallet and place them onto the dedicated conveyor.
• Apply labels to the coils.
• Shrink-wrap the coils
• Pack the coils into boxez.
• Apply labels on the boxes.
• Palletise the boxes using a dedicated electromagnetic gripper head equipped with a demagnetisation device.
• Handle both full and empty pallets to ensure seamless line operation.

In short, this is a fully integrated line, specifically engineered for this unique product and its processing requirements.
