The Europack Solution

Europack designed a customised palletising line, based on the Winner 500 GREEN robot, to meet specific customer requirements.

The line consists of two main sections:

Line 1: dedicated to 30 kg bags, it is equipped with a pressure roller that squeezes the bags to prepare them for picking, guaranteeing precise and stable deposit on the pallet.
Line 2: versatile and high-performance, it handles bundles of flour and smaller 5 kg sacks. A pneumatic device centres the product to optimise picking and positioning.

Winner 500 GREEN, the heart of the installation, offers a number of unique advantages:

Unmatched flexibility: The robot handles sacks and bundles of different sizes and weights, without requiring manual changes to the gripping head.
Advanced energy efficiency: Thanks to the K.E.R.S. (Kinetic Energy Recovery System), kinetic energy is recovered during braking cycles, allowing energy savings of up to 70%.
Complete automation: The highly customised gripping head also enables automatic picking and depositing of empty pallets, without the use of external devices.
Intuitive interface: The user interface, result of over 25 years of experience, makes it easy to create, modify and clone palletising recipes.
